Hackney's Local Plan 2033 (LP33) identifies 10 Opportunity Sites across Dalston Town Centre. This draft Plan is suggesting that across these 10 sites that over 600 new homes, 700 sqm additional community space, 14,000 sqm of commercial and workspace (including retail and office space) could be delivered.
